Eligibility Criteria Recruitment 2024
For each position, the eligibility requirements vary. Below are the educational qualifications and experience needed:
- Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 7 years in mechanical works; 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI with NAC.
- Experience: 7 years for Diploma holders, 22 years for ITI holders, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Assistant Engineer (Electronics)
- Education: Diploma in Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Experience: 7 years of post-qualification experience, with 2 years in supervision.
- Assistant Engineer (Maintenance)
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI with NAC.
- Experience: 7 years (for Diploma holders) or 22 years (for ITI holders) in machinery/crane maintenance.
- Assistant Administrative Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commercial Practice/Computer Engineering.
- Experience: 7 years in office work, 2 years in a supervisory grade.
- Assistant Fire Officer
- Education: SSLC pass and Sub-Officer’s course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.
- Experience: 7 years in fire fighting.
- Accountant
- Education: M.Com or CA/CMA (Intermediate).
- Experience: 7 years (for M.Com) or 5 years (for CA/CMA) in finance or accounting.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit for these positions is 45 years, as of 30th October 2024. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen candidates as per government rules.
Salary and Benefits:
The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in the pay scale of ₹28,000 – ₹1,10,000, along with allowances like DA, HRA, perks, and more. The gross monthly pay is expected to be around ₹55,384.
Selection Process for CSL Recruitment 2024
he selection process for CSL Recruitment 2024 consists of two phases:
- Phase I: Online test (Objective and Descriptive).
- Phase II: PowerPoint presentation on work experience.
