Eligibility Criteria Recruitment 2024
There are two categories for recruitment:
Category 1: Industrial Professionals –
- Experience: You need a minimum of 5 years in marketing and export promotion of spices, agriculture, horticulture, or FMCG products.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Education: A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent degree is required.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be below 63 years old on the last date of application.
Category 2: Retired Government Officials
- Experience: You should have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and export promotion of spices or agricultural commodities.
- Pay Levels: Candidates must have served in pay levels 8-10, 11, 12, or 13 in government roles.
- Skills: Like the industrial professionals, strong communication skills are necessary.
- Education: A degree from a recognized university is required.
- Age Limit: Applicants must also be below 63 years old on the last date of application.
Remuneration – The payment for consultants will vary based on their category:
- Category 1 (Industrial Professionals): ₹50,000 per month.
- Category 2 (Retired Government Officials):
- Level 8-10: ₹40,000
- Level 11: ₹50,000
- Level 12 & 13: ₹60,000
Selection Process for Spices Board Recruitment 2024
The selection process for Spices Board Recruitment 2024 involves shortlisting the candidates based on their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Assessment will be based on two main areas: 50 marks for experience, qualification and sector understanding and another 50 marks for interview and presentation. The Masala Board reserves the right to adjust the selection criteria as required. A panel of successful candidates will be created, which will be valid for two years for future mentoring needs.
