Eligibility Criteria for HAL Vacancy
1. Qualification:
- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in any discipline.
- Full-time regular Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with a full-time Master’s Degree in Industrial Safety (2 years) from a recognized university/institution can also apply.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is required.
2. Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 30 years as of 16th September 2024.
3. Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (for PwBD candidates, the age limit should not exceed 56 years)
4. Salary:
- Pay scale: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000/- (Grade II)
- Additional benefits include Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances, House Rent Allowance, Performance-related Pay, and other allowances as per company rules.
