Eligibility Criteria Recruitment 2024
For each position, candidates must meet specific eligibility requirements:
- Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 years.
- Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce and a member of CA or CMA, or an MBA in Finance from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 9 years in finance/accounts in a major port or government organization.
- Pay Scale: ₹29,100 – ₹54,500 (Pre-revised/IInd PRC)
- Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
- Age Limit: Below 62 years.
- Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce, CA/CMA or MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 20 years in finance/accounts with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Pay Scale: To be decided based on experience.
- General Manager (Port Operations)
- Age Limit: Below 55 years.
- Qualifications: Degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 20 years in port operations with 10 years at middle management.
- Pay Scale: To be decided based on experience.
