There are five hundred and ninety-two vacancies available for the position of Various at the Bank of Baroda (BOB).
BOB Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualifications, experience, and age limit required for BOB recruitment are detailed below.
(1) Manager – Business Finance
- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Full-Time MBA in Finance
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant field with any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India
- Age: 22-28 years
(2) MSME Relationship Manager
- Educational Qualification: Full-time graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (MBA in Marketing or Finance is preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a relationship manager in MSME Banking with any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India
- Age: 24-34 years
(3) MSME Relationship Senior Manager
- Educational Qualification: Similar to MSME Relationship Manager
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a relationship manager in MSME Banking with any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India
- Age: 26-36 years
(4) Head – AI
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science, or MCA (Preferred: MS or Two-Year MBA/PGDM)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Practitioner (ranging from AI R&D to AI implementation)
- Age: 33-45 years
(5) Head – Marketing Automation
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline + Two-Year MBA/PGDM (Certificates in Data Science and Digital Marketing preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Marketing Technology Stack, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, or BFSI, with at least 5 years in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing
- Age: 33-50 years
(6) Head – Merchant Business Acquiring
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Two-Year MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in POS and Value Added Services (VAS) sales within banking or with a merchant acquirer
- Age: 33-50 years
(7) Project Manager – Head
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics and Communication Engineering (Preferred: Post-graduation in Management or PMP Certification)
- Experience: At least 12 years in project management of digital products, including 3 years of complete banking product rollouts
- Age: 33-45 years
(8) Digital Partnership Lead – Fintechs
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Two-Year MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in digital partnerships with fintech and B2B sales in a leadership role, ideally within banking or finance
- Age: 30-45 years
(9) Zonal Lead Manager – Merchant Acquiring Business
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science, or MCA (Two-Year MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred)
- Experience: At least 5 years in POS and VAS sales within banking or with a merchant acquirer
- Age: 25-40 years
(10) ATM/KIOSK Business Unit Manager
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech in IT preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing ATM or KIOSK operations
- Age: 25-40 years

BOB Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Shortlisting of Candidates:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.

Interview or Selection Method:
The selection process includes a Personal Interview (PI) or any other method deemed necessary by the Bank.
