HCSL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Deputy General Manager (Projects & Operations): Degree in Engineering with at least 60% marks.
  • Assistant General Manager: Degree in Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Electrical/Marine Engineering with 60% marks.
  • Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks.
  • Deputy Manager (Estate & Administration): Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent with 60% marks.
  • Deputy Manager (Finance): Degree from a recognized university and pass in final exams from ICAI or ICWAI.
  • Deputy Manager (Safety): Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Industrial Safety with relevant experience.
• Experience: Candidates must have relevant post-qualification experience ranging from 7 to 18 years, depending on the post

Age Limit:

• Deputy General Manager: 52 years
• Assistant General Manager: 50 years
• Manager: 40 years
• Deputy Manager: 35 years

Salary Details

The selected candidates will receive a handsome salary based on the post:

• Deputy General Manager: ₹ 90,000 – ₹ 2,40,000
• Assistant General Manager: ₹ 80,000 – ₹ 2,20,000
• Manager: ₹ 60,000 – ₹ 1,80,000
• Deputy Manager: ₹ 50,000 – ₹ 1,60,000
