HCL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
(1) Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and 3 years of experience in a listed company.
(2) Deputy Manager (Survey): Bachelor’s Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with Surveyors Certificate of Competency or M. Tech in Geomatics.
(3) Deputy Manager (R&D): Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Post-Graduate qualification in Chemistry (preferably with specialization in Inorganic/Analytical Chemistry).
(4) Deputy Manager (M&C): Bachelor’s Degree with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or MBA in Materials Management.
(5) Assistant Manager (Official Language): Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with the other language as a subject at the degree level or related qualifications.
(6) Management Trainee: Varies by discipline; generally requires a two-year full-time Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in the relevant field.
Age Limit:
- Deputy General Manager: Maximum 55 years
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 35 years
- Management Trainee: Maximum 28 years
Pay Scale:
The salary structure for the different positions is as follows:
- Deputy General Manager: Rs 100000-260000 (IDA)
- Deputy Manager: Rs 50000-160000 (IDA)
- Assistant Manager: Rs 40000-140000 (IDA)
- Management Trainee: Rs 40000-140000 (IDA)

HCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process varies for different posts:
- Deputy General Manager and Deputy Manager: Based on performance in a personal interview (100% weightage).

- Computer Based Online Test (CBT) – 80% weightage for Assistant Manager
- Personal Interview – 20% weightage for both positions
