Eligibility Criteria for IRDAI Recruitment 2024
Whole-Time Member (Life):
Education/Experience:
- Candidates should have 25 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the field of life insurance, general insurance, actuarial science, finance, economics, law, accountancy, or administration.
- Applicants should have three years of experience at a senior level, not below the rank of Chief General Manager or equivalent in regulatory bodies, financial institutions, or insurance companies.
Age Limit: Candidates should have a minimum of two years of residual service as of the vacancy date, i.e., November 16, 2024. Therefore, the applicant’s age should not exceed 60 years as of this date.
Selection Process for IRDAI Recruitment 2024
The selection process will be based on merit and involve a recommendation from the Financial Sector Regulatory Appointment Search Committee. The committee has the discretion to identify and recommend exceptional candidates, including those who did not apply but meet the criteria.
