Eligibility Criteria Recruitment 2024

Age:
- Minimum: 45 years
- Maximum: 60 years (age of superannuation)
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of residual service as of the date of vacancy.
Employment Status:
- Applicants must be employed in a regular capacity (not on a contract basis) in one of the following:
  - Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE)
  - Central Government Group ‘A’ Officers
  - State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSE) with an annual turnover of Rs. 1500 crore or more
  - Private Sector companies with an annual turnover of Rs. 1500 crore or more (preference given to listed companies).
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- An MBA or PGDM will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of technical or management experience in the railway sector during the last 10 years, at a senior level.
Salary:- The pay scale for this position is between Rs. 180,000 to Rs. 340,000, which is quite attractive.
