Eligibility Criteria for RailTel Recruitment 2024
Educational Qualification
- Deputy Manager (Technical):
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Electronics, Telecom, Computer Science, or related fields, or M.Sc./MCA.
Experience: 2 years in relevant fields. - Manager (Technical):
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in similar fields as above.
Experience: 3 years in relevant fields. - Senior Manager (Technical):
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. or equivalent with 6 years of experience.
Age Limit
- Deputy Manager: 21 – 30 years
- Manager: 23 – 31 years
- Senior Manager: 27 – 34 years
(Age relaxations as per government norms for reserved categories.)
Salary Structure
- Deputy Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
- Senior Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
Selection Process for RailTel Recruitment 2024
Candidates will be selected based on interviews. However, if a large number of applications are received, RailTel may conduct a skill test or written exam.
