SPM Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for SPM Recruitment 2024, you must meet the following qualifications for the respective positions:
(1) Welfare Officer:
Qualification
- Full-time degree from a recognized university.
- Full-time degree or diploma in Social Science (recognized by the State Government).
- Must have knowledge of Hindi and the local language spoken by factory workers.
- Age Limit: 18-30 years.
(2) Supervisor (Production/Lab):
Qualification
- First-class full-time diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Higher qualifications like B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) will also be considered.
- Age Limit: 18-30 years.
(3) Supervisor (Technical Safety):
Qualification
- First-class full-time diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution.
- Higher qualifications such as B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical are also acceptable.
